We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects while ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of project management methodologies and tools, and will be eager to learn and grow within the field of project management.
Construction Estimator
This position contributes to the overall organization by bidding on various types of work and handing over successful bids to the project team. This role primarily interacts with the estimating team, Chief Estimator, VP of Estimating, and Project Coordinators with the goal of project pursuit and acquisition. Coordination and communication with the operations staff is key to ensure feedback from ongoing projects and input for creating estimates. Contact with clients, subcontractors, and vendors will also be required and the utmost professionalism is expected during these interactions. You will be responsible for all aspects of estimating including, reviewing bid documents, measuring quantities, developing first principle estimates, procuring and comparing quotes from vendors and subs, and preparing and submitting proposals.
